Well, even if I don’t use select(c()) function, I get the same result just by mentioning the column names. Also, there is not need of the columns to be ordered, it can be randomized ordered as well and the result will be shown accordingly.
data56 % select(c(carrier, dest, month)) glimpse(data56)
data57 % select(carrier, dest, month) glimpse(data57)
# both give same result
