At-Home Practice:
Participants will learn techniques during class sessions and are encouraged to practice outside of class, maintaining daily records. After 15 days, participants will engage in discussions, practice, and share their experiences with the instructor. It will be guided by Zoom for 30 mins.
Required Zoom Experiential Practice Sessions:
Participants will be guided through formal mindfulness practices during live sessions, followed by debriefing and discussions.
