Major accomplishments:

• Contributed to establish Islamic Banking Operation in Bank Asia Limited & also, leading the team members to undertake and implement the projects of Islamic Banking operations that includes Product Development, preparing Business Process Manuals, Operational Manuals, conducting feasibility and developing Analysis, Strategies etc.
  
• Implemented new profit distributions method (i.e. Income Sharing Ratio) to distribute profit among the Mudaraba Depositors in the history of Islamic Banking Operation of Bangladesh. Under this method profit is distributed among the depositors as per agreed ratio, not on provisional profit rate. This module is the first of its kind in Bangladesh and is very relevant to Mudaraba principle of Sharia. Bangladesh Bank, Islamic Banks Consultative Forum (IBCF) and Central Shariah Board for Islamic Banks of Bangladesh (CSBIB) appreciated the ISR module.
  
• Expanded Islamic Banking business of Bank Asia creating new avenues such as Islamic Banking Information(IBI) desk, Salamah desk(Online Islamic Banking Services from conventional branches) and throughout a renowned alternative channel of the Bank i.e. agent outlet.
  
• Developed model and process flow for restructuring and remodeling Islamic banking business of the Bank and Islamic Banking Division for example Islamic Banking information desk to Salamah Desk. Now working to create a virtual window model in the software – i-Hikmah.
  
• Contributed to Introduce “SALAMAH Islamic Credit Card”.
  
• Headed the project team for developing core Islamic banking software.
